Feature Update Please

Creating too many accounts is a violation of our terms of service, and the rating system is not meant to be a high score but is used for fair match making. Please don’t create new accounts going forward, and just see your rating as an estimate of your current playing strength that will adapt as your playing strength changes.

I've discovered you can write the rating you want on pieces of masking tape and put them on the monitor over places lichess tries to show yours.

This one simple trick has really helped me improve.

I have a trouble shooting using this feature, when manual adding my preferred ratings, with a pen on duct tape, it ends up blocking my time bar. Thereby making me lose by running out of time.

Now I know I can change the 10.000 numbers with a simple 10k, but what about the odd numbers? Often when I write myself new ratings, I don't end up on an even 1k number.
And I hate to round up to the nearest 1k, since this seems kind of dishonest.

Edit: To clarify the error, and help trouble shooting, I am using the 50mm gray duct tape on the Android Firefox browser. And my browser is updated to the newest version.
