@aLexZChess goes both ways. We push each other forward. I think it is important for players to not only find someone better than themselves to help improve their game, but also a contemporary to have friendly competition as we have. I'd even suggest finding someone below your skill level to help coach and improve their game too. A person can reinforce knowledge gained by sharing it with others. It requires us to truly understand what we are doing.
