What the strategy should be to win or at least draw this game?

What should I have done to win or at least draw this game? Especially in blitz?

Well, computer analysis shows that I should have stuck to line 7 with two rooks, defending pawns. But with ACL 16 for 55 moves he will, anyway will find the way to crush the defense.

Did I have a chance with some kind of a strategy here or there is no chance against such precision at all?
By move 30, you can defend your two pawn chains, White has to defend two pawn chains and an isolated pawn, so you basically can wait forever until they find a way to attack your back pawns.

Then the Rooks exchange in move 32 ruined it...

Yes, this is exactly what I meant with "I should have stuck to line 7 with two rooks, defending pawns".
My problem was that I expected white to sneak into line 7 attacking both F7 field and pawns and forcing me to exchange by taking A7 field with one of the rooks. I was sure that with his ACL 16 for 55 moves I hardly had a chance to defend against both treats.

Additionally, if not 32. ... Rd5??? , but any other move (like computer suggest 32. ... Rd7), what could I do against king side pawns movement which anyway will lead to rooks trade as computer shows in variants.

Anyway, thanks, this looks most robust so far.

At first sight, I think Rook exchange is not that bad when pawn structures remain unchanged, so RxR, RxR allows you to keep your chances.

Next, it seems your King has to protect the pawns' advance, especially e-pawn so that it can't be forced to go to d-file. Easier said than done, sure.
