How Much Accuracy Means Cheating

1) feeling strange is a bad indicator for a cheat
2) getting somewhere below 2 0 0 doesn't tell you there is a cheat
3) an acl below 15 doesn't tell you there is a cheat either.

I played a lot of games here and I'm sure there are many games that have the parameters mentioned in 2) and 3).
Most people have no idea how cheaters are caught.

And it's for the best if it stays that way. You really don't need to know.

Really? So is it okay for chess websites to evade scrutiny of their anti-cheat detection without an innocent victim ever getting a chance to do something about it? It doesn't matter if you have to pay for the chess website or not. This is about the principle.
It's about time there was an independent body that would review such cases and allow those affected to turn to this body.

First of all: in practice this is almost by definition not a problem. The quality of cheat detection systems is a fundamental part of the quality of the service provided by chess servers. Chess servers have a strong motivation to do this well, because like it is with all services: if you don't like the service provided, you can always go to a competitor.

Secondly: the alternative is FAR worse. If you're going to tell people, in detail, how you catch cheaters, you are effectively a huge help to.... cheaters. You really don't want that. (Unless you're a cheater.)
@Molurus
And if you were to apply the system to other areas of life, things would look very different. For example criminal law. Let's say you've been convicted of a crime even though you're innocent. You'd want to see the evidence to prove your guilt, wouldn't you?

This is not criminal law, is it?

If you prefer a chess server that exposes its cheater catching methods, feel free to join one. It will suck balls, but your choice.
