Feature Request: Switching Position of Annotation Tools and Chat in Studies

When I want to annotate moves in my studies, I always need to scroll down to the annotation tools below the board. I think, it would be more convenient to have them where the chat is, as I rarely use the chat in my studies anyway.
Therefore I suggest to flip these two UI groups, or at least give users the option to do so in the settings.
