Still opponents starting another game with our game playing on

Today, Bmoney_o started another game while playing with me in another board (maybe to punnish me for winning). Let me make it clear: He was suposed to play only with me and when I hover the mouse over his name I see his bullet game going at full speed. So, whatever lichess is doing to avoid that is not working so far.
Lichess is trying to prevent players from letting their time out with malicious intent. If your opponent started another game, they aren't doing anything wrong. Lichess even have a feature to let you go against a bunch of players which is called a Simultaneous exhibitions (lichess.org/simul). For all we could know is that the player wanted an extra challenge, juggling 2 games at once.
@xXJrHoLLoWeDXx -- Please explain how "if the opponent started another game [while letting their time run out in the first game they were playing], they aren't doing anything wrong" ???

Imho, the situation described by @LeonSt is the definition of doing something wrong: Player A leaves the game + is somehow able to start a new game, while Player B (from the 1st game) is forced to stare at Player A's clock until it runs out.

p.s. Simuls are created explicitly for the purpose of playing SIMULtaneous games, however the situation described by @LeonSt doesn't look like a simul to me.
