Banned players in the leaderboard

Currently there is a player called Finge which has "violated the Lichess Terms of Service" who is listed in the Top 10 of the Classical Leaderboard. I wonder if this is a bug. I feel a player should not be honored who has been banned.
Is there a special reason for that?

Ranking are updated every 15 mins.

Yes, but banned players are listed anyway. The mentioned player Finge was listed for several days.

@DemSieHuldigen is right, the players are listed in the leaderboard for several days. @Finge is isn't in the list now, but he was.

Even if it were a bug he would be gone after a week anyway bc he can't play any more rated games.

Is he banned? if he is, he can't see any game in the lobby. But simply, he will come in another account after deleting this one @Finge, so he can play games (even increase his rating artificially or cheat ) without any trouble until moderators catch him again.
