What is or was your Profession (Job) ?

I was in process operations, in the chemical and crude oil industries.
I will answer for Mr. Bunyip, He was a chemist. :]
I used to go to school. Even though I've not, it feels like I have retired.
Many over the years, sailor, janitor, rubber products fabrication, salesman, manager, plater, etcher, process technician, fork lift driver, chemical impregnation technician, general handyman(carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical),spent most of my time as an electro-mechanical technician in capacitor and circuit board companies.
I'm a professional administrative assistant (they call them secretaries back in the day).

I used to work for a temporary agency and they sent me on all kinds of temporary jobs for a couple of days.

Selling Frito Lays potato chips at an American football stadium.
Supervising the graveyard shift at a Vie De France bakery factory.
Running (crooked) carnival games.
Interpreting at a parent-teacher conference.
Stuffing envelopes of junk mail advertisements.
Scanning tons of documents.

All different odd jobs around the city. I learned a lot.

I recommend young people do that, work for a temporary agency. You learn a lot going around the city.
#7 - I see you were a sailor, I was a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. (1969-1973) -
