In lichess, you go through quick paring and you can pick anyone of the people that are online and what Lichess gave you. But in Chess.com, it makes a pair for you. You can challenge your friends but they may be offline so you wouldn't play with them till they're online.
So technically, Lichess is better with playing games because you get more freedom their. (1-0)
How about to chat? Both of the chess websites has chat in the website. You can chat anyone privately. But in chess.com, you can chat in games which are public to all of the other people but while for lichess. Only the players playing can chat.
Spectators can though even chat but that's only for the Spectators. Not for the players playing.
So chess.com gets a point which makes 1-1

In lichess, everything is free their. You can do puzzles for free, play for free. And you don't need any subscription! (except for patron, but it is optional to subscribe to it.)
In chess.com, you have to pay a subscription for puzzles,game report, Analysis,interactive lessons, and puzzle rush. This is a lot of stuff you have to pay just to have it. (I play chess.com but I don't have it becaue I don't pay).
So lichess gets another point which makes lichess win by 2-1!
