In my last games lichess site was disconnected for 15 seconds. When network returned it Says i have lost . Is it normal?
Yes normal.
If it was really 'disconnected' (instead of restarting) then it was network issue from your end.
then why doesn't lichess just cancel the game?
if the player is disconnected and thing has nothing to do with lichess why would lichess cancel the game?
in my case I was disconnected only from lichess, my connection was fine

This just happened to me and it's really unfair! I was gaining the advantage in an endgame when the page suddenly disappeared and wouldn't reload. When it finally came back online, the game was over and I had lost because I "left the game." Lichess, please fix this and delete that game!
